A market leading organisation in the West Midlands is currently recruiting for a Reward Advisor to join their growing HR team.
Sitting within a CoE as part of a larger HR Shared Services team, it will be your responsibility to support the Reward team in the delivery of specific reward accountabilities such as: the management of annual salary, bonus, share schemes, flexible benefits, job evaluation, remuneration benchmarking and salary surveys.
Essential experience required for the role is:
- Previous reward experience
- Project experience; a track record of delivery to timescales and quality standard
- Experience of job evaluation methodology e.g. Hay or similar.
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent organisation and workload prioritisation skills
- The ability to work in a thorough and systematic way.
- Capability to interpret and explain complicated data in simple terms.
- Experience of working for a large, fast paced, corporate organisation
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
