Robert Walters are currently recruiting for an Investment Banking subsidiary which aims to appoint an individual to support the Head of their central operations Risk & Control hub in Birmingham. This utility works with individual product lines to develop and execute a holistic approach to risk & control strategy.

In this key role you will have responsibility for the daily management of a team covering Audit management, SOX testing, Operational Risk Assessment, Control MIS & balance sheet substantiation. This is a hands on position where you will be involved in business critical discussions & delivery of the decision making process.

We are looking for an outgoing, confident candidate who has a strong understanding of risk & control, ideally being gained within an investment banking environment. You will gain cross business exposure, building relationships with colleagues in multiple product areas such as Derivatives, Collateral Management Valuations, Prime Brokerage & Corporate Actions.
