This is an excellent opportunity to join a blue chip organization which is looking to recruit an HR professional for a role that has a 70% L&D and a 30% Resourcing remit.
The role has a national remit and you will be travelling c 40% of your time – the remainder is spent either from home or at a South Midlands office location.
This role is new within the organization and comes with a lot of exposure from day one; as such there is real scope for further career progression.


Reporting to the Divisional Head, you will be the specialist L&D and resourcing professional for the region and will provide expert advice and support.

Key responsibilities include:
- To develop a proactive L&D strategy
- Establish a culture of continuous learning
- Write and deliver appropriate training programmes
- Co ordinate management development programmes
- Talent management
- Succession planning
- Co ordinate mentoring
- PDPs and career planning
- Resourcing and development of graduates
- Co ordinate resourcing agenda
- Sharing HR best practice
- Ad hoc projects
