One of the West Midlands leading specialist retailers is currently recruiting for a HR Manager to be based at the companies head quarters in Staffordshire but with UK responsibility. Reporting into the HR Director, you will have responsibility for 2 HR Advisors and close interaction with Regional Directors (Key Stakeholders) across the business.
As a whole the HR team is going through a period of re-organisation to account for a change in accountabilities and to allow time for greater alignment.
Essential skills & experiences for this role include:
- Strong, proven HR generalist experience inc. ER, Resourcing, Policy Development, Succession Planning and Compliance.
- Proven operation and strategic HR responsibility
- Experience of monitoring service quality, performance and SLAs
- Multi-site experience
- Proven experience in delivering effective business solutions
- Experience of working within a fast paced, demanding environment
- Ability to influence attitudes and opinions of others and gain agreement with strong networking skills.
- Experience of TUPE
- Full, clean drivers license
- CIPD (or equivalent)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Man-management
