A Management Information Analyst is required for designing and delivering strategic MI and reporting across our Clients Production Management Group. The production systems for the bank are undergoing an extensive transformation program to implement fully ITIL-compliant Service Management processes and tools.
Based within the MIS & Analytics team you will be responsible for translating MI requirements into designs for dashboards. You will prototype and develop dashboards and reports using the Business Objects toolset. Reports need to be automated and produced for handover to offshore reporting functions.
You will require experience of reporting/ MIS design and data analysis along with building or prototyping reports / dashboards using Business Objectives, ITIL and Service Management. You will also need strong analytical and problem solving skills and have the ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
