Our client, a leading distributor of specialist products, is seeking to appoint an Operations Manager for a new UK Head Office that will be opening in Warwick. This is a multi-functional role that will include responsibility for sales process management (from order to fulfilment), new product promotion launch co-ordination, customer services management, business planning, stock control and supply chain management. Candidates must possess excellent planning, organisation and administration skills together with strong communication and customer service expertise. As this is a new business set up (although the global business is very established) candidates must also be able to prioritise, adapt and work on their own initiative.
