One of the UK’s largest logistics providers is looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a full or part qualified CIPD (or overseas equivalent) HR professional to gain fantastic exposure to a range of generalist issues. Key responsibilities:

- Be the 1st port of call for HR queries coming into the department from across the wider business.
- Provision of full administrative support for the HR team
- Coordinate recruitment process including the administration of SHL testing.
- Coordinating the induction process for the onboarding of all new staff into the business and any associated training programs.

In order to be successful in the role you must have excellent customer care skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of staff. This is a busy commercial environment and so you must be able to remain calm under pressure and have proven success working in a similar environment.
