As part of this international and profitable Investment Bank, you will be supporting Financial Control in achieving their objectives by facilitating improvements to the regulatory reporting processes and systems, either to resolve issues or increase efficiency and effectiveness
The primary objective of the Business Analyst will be to work on business change projects within Financial Control Regulatory Reporting.

Duties include:
•Document existing regulatory reporting processes within Financial Control
•Identify process improvement opportunities and assist users in transition to new business processes
•Document target business processes and ensure that they will meet project objectives
•Work witg IT analysts to obtain initial estimates for any IT development which is required
•Document business requirements for IT changes
•Work with the IT team to ensure business requirements are understood and reflected in IT documentation
•Produce test plans and test scripts to enable thorough user acceptance testing of the IT and process changes
•Undertake user testing. Over time, it is anticipated that the role will involve team leadership, managing a team of junior business analysts and potentially taking on wider project management responsibilities

Skills required:
Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA (or overseas equivalent)
Understanding of regulatory reporting processes and procedures within Investment Banking
Experience of writing business requirements for IT
Experience of documenting business processes
