Our client within the finance/banking industry is looking for someone to support the test manager within a UAT testing framework.
The object of this UAT testing role will be to support the UAT team and the Test Manager in order to deliver the company’s current project.
You will have experience of the following:
• Supporting the Test Manager in conducting the test preparation and execution of UAT.
• Test Preparation: Contribute to defining the test plan and strategy with Test Manager.
• Assist Test Manager in setting up the test environment and ensuring availability - including interface systems.
• Test Preparation: Responsible for ensuring the test packs cove all business requirements and there is traceability of test scripts to business requirements.
• Test Execution: Responsible for leading the test execution and ensuring the testing is conducted effectively and on time for each phase.
• Ensure tests are conducted as per the testing plan and schedule. Defect Management: Responsible for ensuring defects raised are validated by SMEs and communicated in a structured fashion to the development/project team.
You will also be a strong team player and be able to communicate on a peer-level and to upward management.
