Robert Walters have been instructed to shortlist a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis by a global organisation based in the west midlands. Our client is seeking a commercially minded, ambitious and entrepreneurial Commercial Finance professional to manage the Commercial Analysis and Decision Support function covering the delivery of all reporting, analysis, financial planning and information services to all areas of the business.
Key to your role will be full commercial analysis & decision support including comparison of actual, budget & forecast, recommendations covering, customer, product and divisional profitability which highlights key trends and issues in the business performance to support key strategic business decisions and identification & resolution of any risks associated with financial & commercial projects. You will have a proven senior finance & analysis experience & sound commercial acumen demonstrating business analysis and recommendations covering, customer, product and divisional profitability which highlights key trends and issues in the business performance to support key strategic business decisions
You will be a qualified Accountant with a strong background in financial analysis and decision support; you will have a demonstrable track record of achievement, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to influence cross functionally. FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing experience whilst not essential is preferred. This is a key role within a highly dynamic, rapidly expanding, well-established global company.
