Robert Walters are recruiting for a leading financial services business that wishes to appoint a Finance Business Partner to be based at their operations in Birmingham City Centre. This is a key business facing position in which you will drive insight into the financial performance of the organisation:

In this role you will:

Work with business areas (sales, expenses etc) to manage the planning & forecasting process.
Own performance reporting, providing the executive management team with MI including plan and forecast variance analysis.
Evaluate and monitor investment proposals, working with change management to produce business case proposals.
Undertake competitor analysis & identify areas of commercial opportunity.
Gain involvement in project work.

Candidates for this Business Partner opportunity will ideally be qualified with strong analytical abilities and a background gained in a relationship management environment. Financial services experience would be an advantage.
