This multi sited organisation seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to head up it busy payroll department who processes over 5,000 payslips per month. Running multiple payrolls you will need to have hands on approach with excellent payroll legislation knowledge and be able to pass this on confidently to your team. Managing a team of 8+ you will need to have managed a similar sized team so you can lead them in providing a quality payroll service to existing customers and new clients. If you are looking to work in a commercial environment for a successful organisation this is the right career move for you.
The successful individual will be responsible for working closely with operations, so you will need to be a natural communicator, who is comfortable working with all levels of the business.
