Robert Walters¿ IT Banking Permanent division is dedicated to recruiting for middle to senior level permanent and positions covering applications and infrastructure across front, middle and back office functions. An exciting opportunity now exists for an outstanding sales individual to join the team to focus on developing the permanent market within the Financial Services sector focusing on project management and business analysis requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

¿ Providing customised end-to-end recruitment solutions to our clients
¿ Continue account servicing to consolidated existing client base and business develop new client relationships
¿ Giving appropriate level of candidates¿ care by providing insightful career advice and market information
¿ Select and match candidates for assignments including managing the interview process, salary negotiations and candidate management
¿ Meet and exceed all key performance indicators such as monthly revenue targets, client/candidate activities and advertisement sales

Key Requirements:

¿ Energetic and ambitious degree educated individual
¿ Highly motivated individual with five to eight years¿ successful work experience within financial services technology disciplines
¿ Ideally a proven corporate sales background ¿ but if you do not possess sales experience but motivated to explore a career switch to a more performance driven environment please feel free to apply to the post
¿ Experience in project management and business analysis advantageous
¿ Entrepreneurial spirit and strong appreciation of financial services market dynamics and macroeconomic development
¿ Maturity to work with senior management of global market leading financial institutions
