Robert Walters are seeking a Credit Analyst to work for one of Milton Keynes’s premium employers. My client is seeking an individual with a background in Credit to join the Global Credit team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for carrying out in-depth financial and non-financial research and producing reports on particular companies to monitor the company's exposure/credit risk. The reports produced involve analysis of financial and non-financial data including credit metrics, trend analysis, and competitor analysis/position in the market. You will be using Excel, Word, Internet and various reporting tools. Additionally you will support the Global Credit Manager on various projects and assist in the development of more junior team members.

An understanding of financial information is necessary to succeed in this role as is the ability to produce consistently high quality information within tight deadlines. Exposure to SAS or SQL will be a distinct advantage, although experience of other systems will be considered. Candidates will be pro-active in developing internal and external relationships, having a detailed knowledge of the customers and prospects you are working with. Identifying innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

A professional credit qualification is an advantage. This is an outstanding career opportunity!
